It isn't Guion Post Office that was at fault. Insulin was mailed 2 day priority mail on the 12th. It was delivered today the 20th. There is not anyway of complaining except through email. I sent a complaint and haven't heard from it.
Lady at the post office didn't know what to do about it either.
